2024 Elections Summary Page

The following is the full 2024 Elections Summary webpage that will be updated throughout the election year to include important dates and links to additional information.


 


Running for a Grant Township Board position (Supervisor, Treasurer, Clerk or Trustee):


All opportunities to be on the ballot have passed.   Write-in candidates have additional time to appear on the November 5th, 2024 General election ballot – Contact the clerk for aditional information.

  • October 26th, 9:00am - 5:00pm Early Voting begins for all Keweenaw County Townships @ Eagle Harbor Township Hall

July 16th, 2024 12:00 pm  the Election Commission performed the Public Accuracy Test. Minutes are posted here. 


July 8th 2024:  The Election Commission met to appoint Election Inspectors. Minutes are posted here.


February 27th 2024: Election Day Presidential Primary - Election Notice posted here.


(This is Presidential Primary only and no Grant Township local elections on this day)

February 24th 2024: The Election Commission held its fifth meeting throughout the day during the published clerk's office hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm, minutes to be posted.


February 15th 2024: The Election Commission held its fourth meeting at 3:15pm and the minutes are posted here:


February 7th 2024: The Election Commission held its third meeting at 1:36pm and successfully performed the public accuracy test and the minutes are posted here.
