Grant Township Ordinance 92-3 - ‘Improvements to Sewer System’ was adopted on January 13th, 1992, and amended via Ordinance 92-4 on February 10th, 1992. Includes Acquisition and Construction of Improvements to the Sewage Disposal System in Copper Harbor; Provide Issuance and Sale of Revenue Bonds to Pay Portion of Cost; Prescribe the Form of Bonds; Provide Collection of Revenues from the System Sufficient for Purpose of Paying Costs of Operation and Maintenance of System and Pay Principal and Interest of Bonds; Provide Adequate Reserve Fund for Bonds; Provide for Segregation and Distribution of Revenue; Provide Rights of Holders of Bonds in Enforcement; Provide for Matters Relating to Bonds and System.
