Cardboard Recycling

Grant Township has entered into a new cardboard recycling program with Eagle Harbor Township.
There will be a cardboard collection trailer at the dumpster in Copper Harbor on regular dumpster days; Mon, Wed & Fri from 3-5 pm. You may dispose of your boxes and cardboard items but please be aware a few rules apply. The boxes need to be broke down, there should be no greasy, food tainted boxes (pizza, meat juices, etc) and no waxed cardboard items.
This program will greatly decrease the number of boxes going into the landfill and save you money on orange bags.
